These Terms of Service govern the use of the Bingo On Stream application (hereinafter referred to as the 'App') provided by Jakub Mirosław Holcman (hereinafter referred to as the 'Provider'). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Clicking on 'I Accept' button before using th App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
3. Subject of Use
The App is intended for personal and non-commercial use. Users are not allowed to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. Free of Charge
The use of the App is free of charge. The Provider reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future. Any current free features may be subject to change or removal at any time.
5. User Rights
Users have the right to access and use the features of the App in accordance with these Terms of Service. Users have also the right to revoke their acceptance of these Terms at any time. The needed steps to revoke acceptance are described in section Term and Termination.
6. Prohibited Actions
Not allowed actions include, but are not limited to: reverse engineering, ddos attacks, copying, modifying, distributing, using the App for any illegal activities.
7. Disclaimer
Provider does not guarantee the availability, functionality, or accuracy of the App. The App is provided 'as is' without any warranties.
8. Availability
Although the Provider strives to ensure the availability of the App, interruptions or downtimes may occur. The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
9. Term and Termination
Provider reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or restrict access to the App at any time without prior notice. Users may revoke their acceptance of these Terms at any time by clicking on the 'I Revoke' button. The access to the App will be terminated immediately upon revocation. To use the App again, users must accept these Terms again.
10. Copyrights
The App and its content are protected by German copyright law.
11. Data Privacy
The collection and processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
